
Radhey Wadhwa is a Research Assistant with the Climate Change and Energy vertical at the Centre for New Economic Diplomacy (CNED).
His research focuses on international climate diplomacy and domestic climate governance in India, with particular emphasis on policy frameworks, multilateral negotiations, and development partnerships.
Radhey has previously worked as a Research Assistant at the United Service Institution of India (USI), contributing to a study commissioned by the National Security Council Secretariat (NSCS). In 2025, he was selected for an Erasmus+ doctoral exchange programme.
He is a doctoral candidate at the School of International Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University, where his thesis examines climate security and the Water-Energy-Food nexus dynamics in Europe. He holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from Jawaharlal Nehru University and a Bachelor’s degree from Panjab University. His writings have appeared in Financial Express, E-IR, USI, and Australian Outlook.
