Responsibilities and Expectations
We are seeking a Design Associate, based in Delhi, who will work closely with the design and communications team to create compelling visual content across digital and print platforms. You will play a key role in shaping visual narratives, supporting campaigns, and contributing to a cohesive brand identity.
You’ll gain hands-on experience working on diverse creative projects—from social media to event collaterals—within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Design & Visual Communication
- Design engaging creatives for social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube (posts, carousels, banners, thumbnails).
- Develop visual assets for digital campaigns, reports, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Adapt and resize designs across formats while maintaining brand consistency.
- Assist in creating basic motion graphics and short-form video content (reels, clips, edits).
- Support in designing event collaterals such as backdrops, standees, invites, and digital screens.
- Collaborate with the content team to translate ideas into strong visual storytelling.
- Maintain organized design files and follow structured workflows.
Tools & Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Canva
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
- Familiarity with basic video editing tools (such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar)
- Understanding of typography, layout, color, and composition
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Design, or a related field
- Minimum 1–3 years of work experience in graphic design or a related field
- A strong portfolio showcasing digital and/or print design work
- Basic understanding of social media design formats and trends
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly
- Strong visual sensibility and eagerness to learn
