The Inception Meeting organized by the Observer Research Foundation will bring together experts from Northeast India and Kolkata to discuss the future course of the project. The Workshop aims to shape the agenda for the upcoming six regional dialogues and two national conferences by determining the critical areas of focus in trade, connectivity, and climate change. Additionally, the Inception Meeting will serve as a platform for experts to contribute to the design of Pre- and Post-Dialogue Surveys. These surveys will be administered to the 200 stakeholders participating in the program, providing valuable insights before and after the discussions to assess the impact and outcomes of the dialogues. The expert interventions at this conference will help ensure that the program's discussions are aligned with the needs and priorities of the region while fostering greater US-India collaboration in tackling the Northeast’s challenges.
