Krzysztof Iwanek is head of Asia Research Centre at the War Studies University Poland. He has taught at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies Republic of Korea: and at the Collegium Civitas and Warsaw University Poland. Krzysztofs primary interests include Indian history and Indian contemporary politics particularly Hindu nationalism and conservatism.

Dr Krzysztof Marcin Zalewski (PhD) is President of the Board at Boym Institute a Warsaw based think tank. As a policy expert he writes about foreign policy and digital transformations in India and Australia. He previously worked at the European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights in Vienna the Foreign Relations Office of the Chancellery of the President of Poland the Polish Parliament (Sejm) and at the Centre for Eastern Studies in Warsaw. Krzysztof Michalski graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration and the Faculty of Political Science of the Marie Curie Skodowska University in Lublin. He also obtained an MBA in Innovation and Data Analysis from the Polish Academy of Sciences and the Woodbury School of Business at Utah Valley University. He is a postgraduate of Warsaw University Faculty of Economic Sciences.He began his professional career in 2009 at an international trade company operating globally. Currently he is the deputy director at the Chancellery of the Prime Minister. He is responsible for analyses and advice in economics innovation and international relations.

Kshipra Vasudeo is a Ph.D. Research Scholar at the Centre for African Studies School of International Studies Jawaharlal Nehru University New Delhi. She was awarded the Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR) Full-Term Doctoral Fellowship for the year 2019-2021.

Kyler Ong is Associate Research Fellow at the International Centre for Political Violence and Terrorism Research a constituent unit in the S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies (RSIS) Nanyang Technological University. Her research focuses on CBRN and rightwing terrorism.

L. Venkateswaran is a Global Fellow with the Asia Programme at the Woodrow Wilson Centre for International Scholars Washington DC. He has previously worked with the National Security Council Secretariat Govt. of India. Dr. Venkateswaran writes on Indias national security including its architecture and strategy: emerging threats in its neighbourhood and on security relations with US and China in the South Asian context.

Labanya Prakash Jena is working as a sustainable finance specialist at the Institute for Energy Economics and Financial Analysis (IEEFA) and is an advisor at the Climate and Sustainability Initiative (CSI). He earlier led the Centre for Sustainable Finance, Climate Policy Initiative. Before this, he was working as the Regional Climate Finance Adviser Indo-Pacific Region at the Commonwealth Secretariat and also worked as a sustainable finance consultant for UNDP. 

Laetitia Bruce Warjri was a Head of Communications and Outreach at ORF.

Before joining ORF, Laetitia worked as a journalist with the India Today Group and the Times Group. She has also worked in the Research Department of the Indian National Congress.

Laetitia Cesari is currently working for the United Nations Institute for Disarmament Research (UNIDIR). She is also a doctoral researcher in Space Law and Cyber Law at the University of Luxembourg. Her primary research areas are legal and political issues related to space safety security stability and sustainability.

Lakshmy is an Associate Fellow with ORF’s Centre for New Economic Diplomacy. 

Her work focuses on the intersection of biotechnology, health, and international relations, with a specific focus on global health security, biosecurity, and diplomacy. 

Lakshmy previously worked as a researcher and an educator, and is a regular contributor to publications, including Nature India and Down to Earth. 

Lakshmy earned her MA in International Relations from King’s College London, where her dissertation delved into the role of political actors and the media in framing Covid-19 as a security threat in India. She also holds a BSc and an MSc in Biomedical Science from the University of Adelaide and Manipal University, respectively. Lakshmy’s MSc dissertation explored the development of a vaccine candidate against dengue virus and culminated in the publication of a peer-reviewed journal article in Viral Immunology. 

Lara Klossek is a Marie-Sklodowska Curie Global India Research Fellow at the Department for International Relations Universitat Autnoma de Barcelona. She is also a researcher at Institut Barcelona d'Estudis Internacionals (IBEI).

Larissa Wachholz Senior Fellow Brazilian Center for International Relations

Laura Bonsaver is a British Italian researcher based in Taipei. Her research focuses on UK-China and China-Taiwan relations, specialising in soft power and the role of digital media in shaping perceptions of other nations and societies. Her broader interests include cultural diplomacy, international security, and migration.

She currently works with the Taiwan NextGen Foundation, examining the influence of Chinese social media on Taiwanese youth. In addition to her research, she serves as a Co-Director of Young China Watchers London and as a consultant in communications.

Laura has previously worked for UNESCO and Oxford University’s Blavatnik School of Government. She has chaired and spoken at high-level events, bringing together diverse organisations and sectors to share insights on China and global affairs. She earned an MSc in International Politics (Distinction) from SOAS, University of London, along with several academic awards. She speaks English, Italian, French, and Mandarin Chinese.

Laura Sallstrom is an owner and member of the board of Access Partnership a public policy firm that provides market access for technology.

Laure Millet is Head of the Healthcare Policy Program at the Institut Montaigne and has been working in its healthcare program since 2018.As part of this program she contributes to a variety of projects related to digital therapeutic and organisational innovation in the French healthcare system. In particular she coordinated the publication of the Institutes reports on the challenges of artificial intelligence in hospitals quality of care indicators co-constructed with patients access to innovative drugs e-health vaccination or even on healthy aging. At the same time she has organised several participatory workshops on public policies in mental health and regularly speaks at conferences to present the work of the healthcare program.Before joining Institut Montaigne Laure Millet was a project manager at the University of Paris in the iLumens digital simulation department. She worked on the challenges of simulation in health innovative training for health professionals and artificial intelligence. She also worked as a consultant for a start-up developing medical training in virtual reality.Laure Millet holds a degree in economics from Sciences Po Paris and a degree in philosophy from the University of Paris Nanterre. She spent part of her studies in Singapore at the Nanyang Technological University.

Dr. Lauren Dagan Amoss is an expert on India, focusing on Indian foreign policy and politics. Her PhD examined India's changing attitudes toward the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, and her MA thesis compared the foreign policy of Martin Buber and Mahatma Gandhi. Dr. Dagan Amoss is an lecturer in the Department of Political Science and Dedicated programs at the University of Bar Ilan She has a PhD in political science f an MA from from the University of Bar Ilan and She is a member of Dvorah Forum that promotes the role of women in national security affairs.Thank you.
