Dakshita Das is a graduate from Lady Shriram College for Women New Delhi Dakshita Das joined the Civil Services in 1986. She has over 35 years of experience in the Government and is the erstwhile MD &: CEO of the National Housing Bank a regulator of the Housing sector. Her experience pans over several verticals of government including Infrastructure financing Public Finance and the Financial Sector.Ms. Das has written extensively and is a published author. She has been awarded with the Distinguished Alumni of the year award by her alma mater. She has represented India in various forums including in the United Nations on Gender Budgeting OECD etc.Currently she is heading a Government Committee on Gender Budgeting and is the Government nominee on the Disciplinary Committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Dan Krause is Research Associate and doctoral candidate at the Institute for International Politics at the University of the Federal Armed Forces in Hamburg, Germany. As Lieutenant Colonel of the Army Reserve, the former Army Aviation officer gives lectures at the Armed Forces Staff College in Hamburg. He has also worked for the Federal Academy for Security Policy in Berlin. His research interests, besides issues related to Responsibility to Protect, include German and European security and defense policy, and international security policy. His PhD project deals with the R2P positions of the Southern Democracies, namely, India, Brazil and South Africa.

Daniel Dobrygowski is an attorney who serves as Head of Corporate Governance and Digital Trust at the World Economic Forum the international organization for public-private cooperation. Daniel also serves on the New York Cyber Task Force and as a managing board member of the Cyber Risk Institute.

Daniel Porras is a Non-Resident Fellow at the UN Institute for Disarmament Research where he focuses on space security and global governance. He was the in-house expert for several UN working groups focused on the "prevention of an arms race in outer space".

Daniella Gibbs Lger is the Senior Vice President for Communications and Strategy at American Progress. Previously she was the organisations Senior Vice President for American Values and New Communities where her work focused on the intersection of politics race demographic change religion and values. Prior to joining American Progress Daniella served as Special Assistant in the Obama administration. Daniella has also worked at the Democratic National Committee joining as Communications Director for Womens Vote Center. During her tenure at the Democratic National Committee she handled African American issues and speciality media. Daniella has spent two years at the National Newspaper Publishers Association as marketing associate and political liaison.

Danilo Marcondes is a tenured Assistant Professor at the Brazilian War College (Escola Superior de Guerra-ESG) in Rio de Janeiro where he coordinates the Defence Diplomacy Studies Centre (Ncleo de Estudos de Diplomacia de Defesa-NEDD). He holds a PhD in Politics and International Studies from the University of Cambridge (2012-2016). Danilo is the holder of research grants from the Brazilian National Council for Scientific and Technological DevelopmentCNPq (Bolsa de Produtividade em Pesquisa-Nvel 2) and the Rio de Janeiro State Research FoundationFAPERJ (Jovem Cientista do Nosso Estado).

Daphne Willems (1976) is a river ecologist and works for the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) leads the Global River Dolphin Rivers Initiative. She has a background in multi-stakeholder and integrated river management in Europe and South America recently adding her experience to the Asian context. Both in her professional and personal life she pursues a world in which nature and people thrive together.
