Dr. Mentor Beqa is the Executive Director of the Sami Frashëri Institute in Albania, specializing in national, European, and international security policy. He has served as Advisor and Chief of Cabinet to Albania's Minister of Defense (2009–2013) and as Advisor to the Minister of Interior in 2017.
