Ukrainian Perspectives

The Observer Research Foundation and leading Ukrainian think tank Prism are hosting a roundtable discussion. As the Russia-Ukraine war nears the completion of its second year, the session will feature in-person perspectives directly from Kyiv, Ukraine. 

Panel 1: Narratives, Opportunities and the Global South

The first panel will have a broad focus to include the Ukrainian perspective on the war, Ukraine’s outreach to the Global South, post-war opportunities, and India-Ukraine bilateral relations.

Panel 2: Contemporary Conflicts and the Changing Nature of Warfare

The second panel will address the changing nature of warfare and its tactics including military lessons but also touching upon aspects such as disinformation.
