Background
Rahul has done BA (Hons.) Political Science from Delhi College of Arts and Commerce, Delhi University. He holds a Post Graduate degree in International Relations. Prior to joining ORF, he has interned with Public Health Foundation of India. At ORF he has worked on issues like Japanese defence policy changes and narcotics in Afghanistan.
Presently
He is working on East Asian Military Affairs.
